Data Subject Access Request

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data ZenithHQ Ltd holds about you, along with information about how it is used.

How to Submit a Request

You can use the form below, or email us directly at privacy@igaming-times.com with the subject line “Data Subject Access Request”.

Please include:

1. Your full name and any previous names we may hold you under
2. The email address(es) you have used to interact with our services
3. Proof of identity (a scan or photo of a government-issued ID, with non-relevant details such as document numbers redacted, is sufficient) — please send this by email reply, not via this form
4. The specific data or time period you are interested in, if applicable. A narrower request can usually be fulfilled faster.
5. The right you wish to exercise (access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent)

What Happens Next

1. We acknowledge receipt, typically within 5 business days.
2. We verify your identity. We may come back to you for additional information if we cannot confirm the request is genuine.
3. We locate and compile the relevant data.
4. We respond with the information, or with an explanation if we are unable to fulfil the request in whole or in part.

Timeframe

We will respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a verified request. For complex or high-volume requests, we may extend this period by a further two months and will notify you of the extension within the initial 30 day window, in line with UK GDPR Article 12(3).

Cost

Access requests are free of charge. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, or to refuse, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, repetitive requests), as permitted under UK GDPR Article 12(5).

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We ask that you give us the chance to resolve the issue first by contacting privacy@igaming-times.com.
