Eclipse Compliance Testing is an independent gaming test laboratory headquartered in Solon, Ohio, United States, with a second facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The business was founded in November 2000 as Nick Farley & Associates by Nick Farley, and received its first regulatory authorisation from New Jersey's Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission in 2002. It carries out regulatory compliance testing of gaming devices, software and systems for the casino, lottery and amusement industries, together with onsite inspections, system integrity audits, and forensic evaluations with expert testimony. The laboratory gained ISO 17025 accreditation in 2009 and was certified as an independent testing laboratory by the Ohio Casino Control Commission in 2012. The company says it is authorised in numerous regulated gaming jurisdictions.
