Australiabetr Entertainment
betr Entertainment is an ASX-listed Australian wagering operator, trading under the code BBT, formed by the 2024 merger of BlueBet and the betr brand. BlueBet acquired NDT Pty Ltd, the owner of betr, through an asset purchase announced on 11 April 2024 in return for roughly 265.4 million shares. The combination brought together two of the most recognisable names in Australian bookmaking: Matthew Tripp, who had earlier built Sportsbet, as chairman of betr, and Michael Sullivan as executive chairman of BlueBet, with Tripp taking over the chair in January 2025. Customers were migrated onto BlueBet's proprietary platform and the consumer brand became betr on 14 August 2024, ahead of the spring racing carnival. The company renamed to match in April 2025. It is a separate business from the American Betr, the Miami micro-betting company founded in 2022 by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, which shares the name and nothing else.
PhilippinesBloomberry Resorts
Bloomberry Resorts is a Philippine integrated resort developer and operator, listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker BLOOM and majority owned by the businessman Enrique K. Razon Jr, who chairs it. It was founded on 3 May 1999 and is headquartered at Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Parañaque, Metro Manila. Solaire Resort Entertainment City opened on 7 April 2013 as the first property in Entertainment City, the Manila gaming district PAGCOR created to compete with Macau and Singapore, at a cost of around 1.2 billion dollars. A second property, Solaire Resort North in Quezon City, followed in 2024. Bloomberry is the clearest test of whether the Philippines can hold integrated-resort visitation against the far larger Macau and Singapore markets.

DigiPlus Interactive
DigiPlus Interactive is the largest listed digital gaming company in the Philippines, trading on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker PLUS. It reported revenue of 27.3 billion pesos and net income of 4.1 billion pesos for 2023. It was granted the country's first Online Traditional Bingo licence by PAGCOR and launched BingoPlus in January 2022, a live-streamed digital bingo platform tied to a network of more than 130 physical bingo halls. ArenaPlus is its sportsbook, streaming domestic and international events including the Philippine Basketball Association. The company's growth has coincided with the Philippine government winding down the POGO offshore sector, and it represents the opposite bet: a domestically licensed operator serving Filipino players rather than an offshore one serving foreign markets.

- India
Dream11
Dream11 is India's largest fantasy sports platform, founded in Mumbai in 2008 by Harsh Jain and Bhavit Sheth and operating as part of Dream Sports. It reports 220 million users playing fantasy cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, basketball, volleyball, handball and baseball, and posted revenue of 63.84 billion rupees for the 2023 financial year. It became the first Indian gaming company to reach unicorn valuation in April 2019. India does not permit online sports betting or casino nationally, and fantasy sports has been the legal route to a wagering-adjacent product, defended on the basis that it is a game of skill rather than chance. That distinction is under continual challenge in the Indian courts and in state legislatures, which makes Dream11 the largest business anywhere resting on a skill-versus-chance classification.
MacauGalaxy Entertainment Group
Galaxy Entertainment Group is one of the six licensed casino operators in Macau, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a constituent of the Hang Seng Index. Through Galaxy Casino S.A. it was one of the three original concessionaires when Macau liberalised gaming in 2002, and it was awarded a new ten-year concession running from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2032. It was built by the late Lui Che Woo, who chaired both Galaxy and the property developer K. Wah International until his death in November 2024, and is now led by his son Francis Lui. Its flagship Galaxy Macau opened on the Cotai Strip in May 2011 and has been expanded twice since, in May 2015 and December 2023, reaching eight hotels, around 5,000 rooms and a gaming floor of roughly 400,000 square feet.

AustraliaJumbo Interactive
Jumbo Interactive is an ASX-listed digital lottery business founded in Brisbane in 1995 by Mike Veverka, originally as Squirrel Software Technologies. It listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1999 and trades under the code JIN. Its consumer business is Oz Lotteries, acquired in 2005, one of Australia's earliest online lottery retailers and now serving more than two million customers. Alongside reselling national draw games it builds and operates digital lottery and prize-draw platforms for lotteries, charities and partners, which is the more durable half of the model: a reseller depends on the terms of its agreement with the lottery operator, while a platform supplier sells into the operators themselves.

MacauMelco Resorts & Entertainment
Melco Resorts & Entertainment is a developer and operator of integrated resorts in Asia and Europe, with American depositary shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker MLCO. It is chaired and led by Lawrence Ho, and is majority owned by Melco International Development. In Macau it operates City of Dreams in Cotai, Altira in Taipa and Studio City, a cinematically themed integrated resort also on Cotai, under a concession that began alongside the other five operators in 2023. Melco is the most internationally spread of the Macau concessionaires, having taken the integrated-resort model to Europe, which gives it a different exposure to the Chinese visitation cycle than operators concentrated wholly in the territory.

PAGCOR
PAGCOR is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which both operates and regulates gaming in the Philippines. It oversees the domestic PIGO framework following the ban on offshore operators.
ArmeniaPoggiPlay
PoggiPlay is a game provider established in Armenia with a diverse set of slot and instant win games, from classic hold and win coin-styled slots to a multi-bonus game pigs boxing faceoff. After years of experimenting with game styles, independent from grabbing an easy buck and rather choosing to deliver what players like, PoggiPlay is now present in over 1000 casinos worldwide with millions of players having entered their carefully curated worlds. Despite being so diverse in terms of design, PoggiPlay games have very strict quality control when it comes to mechanics and mathematics. Every spin is supposed to be a part of the bigger journey to either a huge cascading win or an unfortunate set of tries only to be followed then by a fair remuneration. PoggiPlay’s approach to game creation is “players for the players”, as the team only employs people who are passionate enough about creating something they’d play themselves and not be ashamed of having in their portfolio.
AustraliaPointsBet
PointsBet is an Australian-listed sports betting operator. It sold its US business to Fanatics Betting and Gaming and now concentrates on the Australian and Canadian markets.
MacauSands China
Sands China is the largest integrated resort developer and operator in Macau, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the code 1928 and a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands. Its subsidiary Venetian Macau Limited holds one of the six concessions the Macau government permits. Its portfolio includes Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao, The Plaza Macao, The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao, and its floorspace runs well beyond gaming into meeting and convention halls, retail, dining and entertainment. That weighting is deliberate and is the Las Vegas Sands thesis applied in Asia: build the non-gaming footprint large enough that the property draws mass-market and business visitation rather than depending on high-roller junket play, which is the segment Beijing has spent the past decade dismantling.
MacauSJM Holdings
SJM Holdings is the oldest gaming operator in Macau, listed in Hong Kong under the code 880. It descends from the monopoly held for four decades by Stanley Ho, and is now chaired by his daughter Daisy Ho. It received an eighteen-year concession when the market opened in 2002, extended twice before being replaced by a new ten-year concession from 1 January 2023. Its properties include the Grand Lisboa, which opened in downtown Macau in February 2007 and remains its flagship, alongside Grand Lisboa Palace on Cotai, L'Arc, Casino Lisboa and Casino Oceanus. SJM is the operator with the deepest roots in the peninsula's older downtown gaming district rather than the Cotai resorts that came after liberalisation.
AustraliaSportsbet
Sportsbet is the largest online bookmaker in Australia, headquartered in Melbourne. It was founded in Darwin in May 1993 as the country's first licensed bookmaker, taking advantage of the Northern Territory licensing regime that still underpins most Australian corporate wagering. Matthew Tripp bought the business for 250,000 Australian dollars in 2005 and turned an eight-person operation into the market leader through heavy marketing and product development, a template much of the Australian industry followed afterwards. Flutter Entertainment has owned it since February 2016, and it is one of the group's largest businesses outside the United States and the United Kingdom.

AustraliaThe Lottery Corporation
The Lottery Corporation is the Australian lottery and keno operator that was demerged from Tabcorp in 2022, listing on the ASX under the code TLC on 24 May and floating with a market value of around 10.5 billion Australian dollars. It runs the country's national draw games under The Lott, the umbrella brand covering Tatts, NSW Lotteries, Golden Casket, SA Lotteries and Lotterywest, alongside its keno business. The demerger separated two businesses with very different economics: lotteries are long-licence, low-volatility and government-facing, while wagering is competitive and margin-pressured, and splitting them let each be valued on its own terms rather than blended.
