Jumbo Interactive

Jumbo Interactive

Jumbo Interactive is an ASX-listed digital lottery business founded in Brisbane in 1995 by Mike Veverka, originally as Squirrel Software Technologies. It listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1999 and trades under the code JIN. Its consumer business is Oz Lotteries, acquired in 2005, one of Australia's earliest online lottery retailers and now serving more than two million customers. Alongside reselling national draw games it builds and operates digital lottery and prize-draw platforms for lotteries, charities and partners, which is the more durable half of the model: a reseller depends on the terms of its agreement with the lottery operator, while a platform supplier sells into the operators themselves.
