Apuesta Total
Apuesta Total is a Peruvian sports betting and online casino operator run by Free Games S.A.C. and headquartered in Lima. Alongside its online business it runs a retail network of more than 750 betting points across the country. Peru regulated online gambling under Law 31557, which took effect in February 2024 and required every operator, domestic or international, to be licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism. Apuesta Total was authorised that year for both sports betting and distance gaming under directorial resolutions 2656 and 2677. It competes with Betsson, bet365 and 1xBet in one of the region's faster-growing regulated markets, and is among the few Peruvian-owned brands to have held its ground against them.
PanamaBetHero

BrazilBetnacional
Betnacional is one of the largest Brazilian-founded sportsbooks, operated by NSX Brasil S.A. from Recife with a second base in São Paulo. It is licensed by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, the body inside the Ministry of Finance that regulates the market opened in January 2025. Its parent, NSX Group, built its own betting platform and initially sold it to third-party operators before deciding to reserve it for its own brands, which include Betnacional alongside Mrjack, Pagbet and Betpix. That vertical structure, owning both the technology and the consumer brands, is unusual among the Brazilian challengers, most of which licence a platform from an established European supplier. NSX Brasil holds GLI-33 certification from Gaming Laboratories International, one of the technical requirements of the Brazilian regime.
Costa RicaBettorify
A white-label and turnkey gaming platform provider focused on Asian markets, built on the belief that operators deserve better than one-size-fits-none solutions.
BrazilEstrelaBet
EstrelaBet is a Brazilian online betting and casino operator founded in 2019, with offices in Belo Horizonte and São Paulo. It secured a definitive licence from the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting in February 2025, having met the regime's conditions including the mandatory 30 million real licence payment. That fee is the single most consequential feature of the Brazilian framework: at 30 million reais per licence covering up to three brands, it was set high enough to clear out the long tail of grey-market operators that had run on Curaçao permissions, and the licensed field settled at a fraction of the number that had been trading. EstrelaBet is a prominent football sponsor, most visibly of Internacional in Porto Alegre, and won Best Sports Betting Operator in Brazil at the SBC Awards Latinoamérica in 2022.
- Curacao
Gamdom
A crypto-based casino founded in 2016 that has expanded into sports betting and casino games, serving both traditional and cryptocurrency users.
MexicoGrupo Caliente
Grupo Caliente is the largest sports betting company in Mexico, tracing its origins to 1916 in Tijuana and the Agua Caliente racetrack. It is owned by Jorge Hank Rhon, who took over management of the racetrack in 1985 and built the group around it. Its divisions include Caliente Online, Caliente Casino, Estadio Caliente and the satellite business Globalsat, and it has operated around 200 off-track betting and bookmaking outlets across Mexico and a dozen other markets including Peru, Panama, Paraguay, Ecuador, Uruguay and the Caribbean. Its retail-first structure is characteristic of Mexican gaming, where permits are issued under a 1947 federal law that has never been comprehensively replaced, and online offerings sit under existing land-based permits rather than a dedicated regime.

Loterias Caixa
Loterias Caixa is the Brazilian national lottery, run by Caixa Econômica Federal, the state-owned financial services group headquartered in Brasília. It manages the country's principal draw games, including Mega-Sena, Quina, Lotofácil and Loteca, the successor to the old Loteria Esportiva. Mega-Sena has been operated by Caixa since March 1996 and is the largest lottery in Brazil, drawn three times a week. Profits from the federal lotteries are earmarked by law for causes including amateur sport and elementary education. Caixa's lottery monopoly sat alongside the entirely unregulated online betting sector for years, and the 2025 licensing regime was in part an attempt to bring that parallel market inside the same fiscal logic the lotteries have always operated under.
Puerto RicoParadise Media
A digital marketing agency that creates impactful campaigns empowering consumers to make informed choices while helping companies reach target audiences cost-effectively.
BrazilPixbet
Pixbet is a Brazilian sportsbook founded in 2020 by the Paraíba entrepreneur Ernildo Júnior de Farias Santos, who remains its principal shareholder and chief executive. He had been building online betting businesses in the north east for close to a decade beforehand, running a network of betting shops from 2012 and launching the site Futebol Fácil in 2013. The brand became one of the most visible in Brazilian football sponsorship, backing Flamengo, Vasco da Gama, Corinthians, Santos, Avaí and Juventude, and it holds authorisation from the Ministry of Finance to operate in the regulated market. Its name is a reference to Pix, the Brazilian central bank's instant payment system, whose ubiquity is a large part of why the Brazilian betting market scaled as quickly as it did.
BrazilRei do Pitaco
Rei do Pitaco is the largest daily fantasy sports operator in Brazil, founded in 2019 by Mateus Dantas and Kiko Augusto and based in São Paulo. Its core product lets users draft teams from Brazilian Serie A, the Premier League and La Liga. It was one of only 14 companies out of 114 applicants to receive a definitive licence from the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, and has used that to move from fantasy into full sports betting, partnering with Kambi for its sportsbook. The path it is taking is the one American operators such as DraftKings and FanDuel took a decade earlier: build an audience through fantasy formats, then convert it when betting regulates. Brazil is the first market outside the United States where that sequence has had a real chance to play out.

ColombiaWplay
Wplay is a Colombian online betting and casino operator owned by the gaming machine group Aquila Global Group and based in Medellín. It holds the distinction of being the first licensed online gambling operator in Latin America. Colombia introduced its online framework in 2016 and Coljuegos awarded the first licence, contract C1422, to Aquila Global Group in June 2017 for the Wplay.co brand. That made Colombia the first country in the region to run a full online licensing regime, several years ahead of Peru, Brazil and Argentina's provincial systems, and Wplay the reference case for how a domestic operator can hold share against international entrants that followed.
