Coljuegos is the Colombian state industrial and commercial enterprise that administers the state's revenue monopoly over games of chance, with its offices in Bogotá. It oversees localised games such as slot machines, promotional games, novel games and raffles, and runs an operator portal through which operators meet obligations such as updating their slot machine inventories. Revenue from games of chance goes to Colombia's subsidised health system, and Coljuegos publishes monthly figures for these contributions. It also lists accredited testing laboratories, issues resolutions on technical requirements such as slot machine reliability, seizes illegal gaming equipment, runs a line for reporting illegal gambling and operates a responsible gaming programme. It publishes a profile of the Colombian bettor, and its management system holds ISO 9001 certification.
