The Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission regulate gaming in Nevada. The Board is organised into Administration, Audit, Enforcement, Investigations, Tax and License, and Technology divisions, the last of which runs a testing laboratory, with offices in Las Vegas, Carson City, Reno, Elko and Laughlin. It handles gaming applications, approval status reports, fingerprinting locations, public records requests and complaints about casinos and iGaming, and maintains the state's list of excluded persons.
