Bamboo Payment Systems is a cross-border payments company founded in Uruguay that connects global merchants, including gaming companies, with local payment methods in Latin America and other emerging markets. It offers pay-ins, payouts to bank accounts and digital wallets, global treasury with multi-currency accounts and FX, and partnership services, and lists gaming among its verticals alongside ride-hailing, payroll, delivery, education, e-commerce and travel. Founded in 2020, Bamboo holds a financial licence from the Central Bank of Uruguay and a financial institution licence from the Malta Financial Services Authority, and says its network covers 33 markets. StoneX Group made a strategic investment in the company in 2025.
