Bloomberry Resorts

Bloomberry Resorts is a Philippine integrated resort developer and operator, listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker BLOOM and majority owned by the businessman Enrique K. Razon Jr, who chairs it. It was founded on 3 May 1999 and is headquartered at Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Parañaque, Metro Manila. Solaire Resort Entertainment City opened on 7 April 2013 as the first property in Entertainment City, the Manila gaming district PAGCOR created to compete with Macau and Singapore, at a cost of around 1.2 billion dollars. A second property, Solaire Resort North in Quezon City, followed in 2024. Bloomberry is the clearest test of whether the Philippines can hold integrated-resort visitation against the far larger Macau and Singapore markets.
