Melco Resorts & Entertainment

Melco Resorts & Entertainment is a developer and operator of integrated resorts in Asia and Europe, with American depositary shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker MLCO. It is chaired and led by Lawrence Ho, and is majority owned by Melco International Development. In Macau it operates City of Dreams in Cotai, Altira in Taipa and Studio City, a cinematically themed integrated resort also on Cotai, under a concession that began alongside the other five operators in 2023. Melco is the most internationally spread of the Macau concessionaires, having taken the integrated-resort model to Europe, which gives it a different exposure to the Chinese visitation cycle than operators concentrated wholly in the territory.
