Grand Korea Leisure is a South Korean state-owned casino operator, a subsidiary of the Korea Tourism Organization, running the Seven Luck foreigner-only casinos in Seoul and Busan. Listed in Seoul with the state as majority shareholder, it serves international visitors under South Korea's ban on nationals entering casinos other than Kangwon Land, and its revenue follows inbound tourism from China, Japan and South-East Asia.
