Korea's GKL Took More Money in August and Kept Less of It
Casino revenue fell 11.3% year on year. The drop, which is what customers actually handed over, rose 7.2%. The whole decline is hold, not demand.

Grand Korea Leisure is a South Korean state-owned casino operator, a subsidiary of the Korea Tourism Organization, running the Seven Luck foreigner-only casinos in Seoul and Busan. Listed in Seoul with the state as majority shareholder, it serves international visitors under South Korea's ban on nationals entering casinos other than Kangwon Land, and its revenue follows inbound tourism from China, Japan and South-East Asia.
