Its portfolio includes Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao, The Plaza Macao, The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao, and its floorspace runs well beyond gaming into meeting and convention halls, retail, dining and entertainment. That weighting is deliberate and is the Las Vegas Sands thesis applied in Asia: build the non-gaming footprint large enough that the property draws mass-market and business visitation rather than depending on high-roller junket play, which is the segment Beijing has spent the past decade dismantling.
