Aristocrat Leisure is an Australian gaming technology group listed on the ASX and headquartered in Sydney, and one of the world's largest suppliers of gaming machines and content. Its businesses are Aristocrat Gaming (land-based slot machines and systems for casinos in North America, Australia and other markets), Product Madness (social casino apps including Cashman Casino and Heart of Vegas) and Aristocrat Interactive, the online real-money division built through the 2022 acquisition of Roxor Gaming and the 2024 acquisition of NeoGames, which added the Pariplay aggregator, the NeoGames iLottery business and the BtoBet sportsbook platform. Founded in 1953, the group employs more than 8,000 people and holds supplier licences across the regulated online markets its Interactive division serves.
Aristocrat Leisure trades as ALL on ASX and carries 15.00% of the iGT 25 iGaming stock index.
