It supplies technology and services to licensed operators in the Italian regulated market, from turnkey services to full outsourcing, including a multi-channel gaming platform, gaming account management, bonus CRM and bonus management tools, and a range of third-party games. According to the company, its network serves more than 50 licensed operators and over 120 brands, with one million gaming accounts and 250 million transactions a year. Microgame was founded in 1999, acquired Active Games in 2016 and merged Nuova Pianeta Scommesse and People's into the group in 2017. Its controlling shareholder since 2021 has been Piomo.
