Scout Gaming is a B2B fantasy sports platform provider whose operating companies are registered in Birkirkara, Malta. It supplies a fantasy sports engine that sportsbook operators integrate with their existing wallet and KYC, and also lists live casino and media products. Founded in Stockholm in 2013, Scout was listed on Nasdaq First North in 2016. In April 2026 the business was acquired by ImpactWin, and the company says it is rebuilding its platform under new leadership, with John Ryott as chief executive. Its licensing page lists a Malta Gaming Authority critical gaming supply licence, a UK Gambling Commission gambling software licence and a Hellenic Gaming Commission manufacturer licence, alongside B2C licences in Malta and Great Britain.
