SharpLink Gaming, which now presents itself as Sharplink, Inc., is a company traded on Nasdaq under the ticker SBET that operates an ETH focused treasury and capital platform. Its stated objective is to grow the amount of ETH held per share over time through active treasury management and capital markets activity, and it publishes a dashboard and investor information on its holdings. The company is chaired by Joseph Lubin, one of the founders of Ethereum, and its chief executive is Joseph Chalom. In May 2026 it announced the Galaxy Sharplink Onchain Yield Fund. Its website describes no sports betting product, although its leadership team includes a vice president of affiliate marketing, and its business is now presented entirely around Ethereum.
