HIPTHER Baltics: Riga 2026

HIPTHER Baltics: Riga 2026 was a conference held on 11 May 2026 at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga in Latvia, serving as the opening event of Baltic Tech Week. Organised by HIPTHER, it was planned for more than 150 regulators, operators, legal experts and compliance professionals. Two conference stages ran in parallel: one covered fintech and regulatory frameworks, the other gaming, technology and player protection. More than 40 speakers addressed licensing across borders, data privacy, anti money laundering directives and self exclusion systems. The event formed part of HIPTHER's series of Baltic conferences in 2026, which also included Vilnius in April and Tallinn in June.
