The National Council of Legislators from Gaming States is the body where US state lawmakers who write gambling legislation meet the industry and each other. Its winter meeting runs from 9 to 12 December 2026 at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District in Georgia. NCLGS is where model legislation on iGaming, sports betting integrity and, increasingly, prediction markets and sweepstakes casinos takes shape before it reaches individual statehouses, which makes its agenda an early read on the following year's bills.
