PIN-UP Global, a well-known international holding company in the iGaming technology space, has announced a major rebranding and strategic restructuring. The company will now operate as RedCore, a name it says better reflects its evolution into a diversified, multi-sector business group.
The move is more than a cosmetic change; it’s a formal recognition of the company’s expansion into a wider range of digital markets, leveraging the technological expertise it has built within the highly competitive iGaming industry.
In a statement, the company explained that the creation of RedCore was a necessary step as its operations have grown far beyond their original focus. The new business group will now formally offer products and services in a range of verticals, including:
“Throughout our growth, it became clear that our potential goes far beyond a single industry,” commented Marina Ilina, CEO and founder of the business group. “ iGaming remains a part of our experience - but now it’s just one of the areas where we innovate and drive progress.”
The new RedCore brand and its expanded portfolio of B2B products will be officially presented to the wider industry for the first time at the upcoming SBC Summit in Lisbon, which runs from 16 to 18 September. The company confirmed it will be exhibiting at the major international event.
The rebranding is a significant strategic pivot for the company. PIN-UP Global built its reputation by developing sophisticated technological solutions for the demanding iGaming sector. The creation of RedCore is a clear signal that the company now believes it can successfully apply that expertise-in areas like high-volume transaction processing, digital marketing, and complex compliance-to a much broader range of digital industries. It marks the company’s ambition to transition from a successful industry specialist into a diversified global technology group.
