How many fixed-odds betting operators will Brazil's SPA have authorised by 31 March 2027?

Brazil's federal online betting market opened on 1 January 2025 under authorisations issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) at the Ministry of Finance. Applications continued through 2025 and 2026 and the secretariat publishes the list of authorised companies. "Brazil gambling licence" was the fastest-rising search on iGaming Times in the week this market opened.

Resolution rule

Resolves to the band containing the number of companies on the SPA's published list of authorised fixed-odds betting operators on 31 March 2027, counting each authorised company once whatever the number of brands, and excluding companies whose authorisation has been revoked or suspended on that date. Checked against the secretariat's official list.
