Hard Rock Digital runs Hard Rock Bet in Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona, Virginia, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan and has said further states are planned. This market asks whether one more state goes live in the next six months.

Resolution rule

YES if Hard Rock Bet takes real-money online sports wagers in a US state where it was not live on 19 September 2026, before 31 March 2027, confirmed by Hard Rock Digital or the state regulator. Retail-only or online casino-only launches do not count.
