Will Kalshi still be offering sports event contracts to customers located in New Jersey on 1 March 2027?

New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement ordered Kalshi to stop offering sports contracts to state residents in 2025 and the dispute went to the federal courts. Kalshi has continued to serve the state while litigation runs. Whether it is still doing so in March 2027 turns on the courts and the CFTC.

Resolution rule

YES if, on 1 March 2027, a customer located in New Jersey can open and trade sports event contracts on Kalshi without a geoblock or a court-ordered suspension in force. NO if Kalshi has withdrawn sports contracts from New Jersey by then. Checked against Kalshi's published state availability and court orders on the docket.
