Will Polymarket take real-money trades from US customers on a CFTC-regulated exchange before 1 January 2027?

Polymarket bought the CFTC-licensed exchange QCEX in 2025 to return to the United States after its 2022 settlement. The question is whether the US product is open to the public, taking real-money trades, by the end of 2026.

Resolution rule

YES if Polymarket (or a Polymarket-owned designated contract market) is accepting real-money trades from US residents on event contracts before 1 January 2027, confirmed by Polymarket's own announcement or CFTC records. Test or invite-only access with no public trading is NO.
