Known as AG2, it is the trading name of Empire Technological Group, which acquired the electronic gaming machines, online assets and overseas operations of Aruze Gaming America in 2023 and adopted the Aruze Gaming Global name. The business traces its history to Universal Lease Company, founded in Japan in 1969, and to Universal Distributing of Nevada, licensed in Nevada as a gaming manufacturer and distributor in 1984. Its products include slot cabinets such as Summit Reach, Lightscape Signature, MUSO Summit and MUSO Curve-55, the HyperSpeed and Speed ranges, and table games, alongside free-to-play social casino versions of its titles online.
