Codere Online is the online arm of the Codere group, launched in 2014 and listed separately on Nasdaq under the ticker CDRO since December 2021, when it completed a business combination with the special purpose acquisition company DD3 Acquisition Corp II. The listed entity is Codere Online Luxembourg, S.A. It operates online casino and sports betting in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia and Panama, and has more recently launched in the City of Buenos Aires. Spain and Mexico are its two core markets. It reported net gaming revenue of 64.4 million euros for the first quarter of 2026, up 13% year on year, with adjusted EBITDA of 6.0 million euros against 1.8 million a year earlier.
