GamCare is a British charity founded in 1997 providing information, advice and treatment for people affected by gambling harm, running the National Gambling Helpline, delivering treatment through a network of partners, operating the Safer Gambling Standard accreditation for operators and the TalkBanStop partnership with GamStop and Gamban, and training industry staff in customer-interaction and safer-gambling practice. It is funded through the statutory levy and previously through industry donations via GambleAware.

A senior coroner has told the Gambling Commission that people who self-exclude through GamStop can still play National Lottery draws online. The Commission says it needs up to 12 months of discovery before deciding what, if anything, to change.
