Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) is a responsible gambling accreditation and certification body headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It runs a worldwide accreditation programme for land-based, online and lottery operators as well as software and technology suppliers, auditing companies against the G4 standards. Its audits cover areas including the responsible gambling code of conduct, corporate standards, staff training, player protection tools and the wider player protection framework, with follow-up audits after certification. G4 also provides consultancy on improving responsible gambling practice. The organisation says it was set up by experts in problem gambling from Australia, the Netherlands, the UK and Sweden. Certified companies it lists include NOVOMATIC and subsidiaries, IGT and Fortuna Entertainment Group.
