United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports

United Lotteries for Integrity in Sports (ULIS) is a sports betting integrity monitoring association of state lotteries headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. It was launched in 2015 as the Global Lottery Monitoring System (GLMS) by the World Lottery Association and European Lotteries, and its members voted in October 2022 to adopt the current name to reflect services beyond monitoring. ULIS operates a global surveillance framework for monitoring sports betting to detect suspicious betting patterns, and provides training and education, intelligence and information services, integrity know-how and risk assessment to its members. According to the association, it has almost forty individual lottery members and offices in Canada, Denmark and Hong Kong, and it works with sports organisations, national platforms, public institutions and regulators.
