With just one week remaining until the [Casino Guru](/directory/casino-guru) Awards 2026, anticipation is building across the iGaming industry as the event prepares to recognize the companies, initiatives, and individuals driving meaningful change in online gambling.

Organized by Casino Guru, the Awards differ from traditional industry accolades by focusing not on brand size or marketing reach, but on measurable impact and long-term commitment to improving the player experience.

Raising standards across the industry
Since its launch, the Casino Guru Awards have aimed to spotlight those who actively help make online gambling safer, fairer, and more accountable.

“The Casino Guru Awards are about recognizing the people and companies that genuinely prioritize players and contribute to a healthier industry,” said Daniela Sliva, PR & Creative Projects Director at Casino Guru. “As we approach the event, we’re excited to celebrate the efforts that often happen behind the scenes but have a real impact on the future of iGaming.”

Over the years, the Awards have gained industry-wide recognition for their independence and integrity, helping encourage higher operational standards and stronger player-focused initiatives across the sector.

Countdown to the big night
Around 150 guests are expected to attend the ceremony at Xara Lodge, where winners across multiple categories will be revealed during an evening dedicated to innovation, responsibility, and collaboration within iGaming.

In addition to the awards presentation, attendees can look forward to premium entertainment, networking opportunities, exceptional dining, and an afterparty following the ceremony.

With only days to go, the spotlight is now firmly on the nominees shaping a more
transparent and responsible future for online gaming.
