Fresh from reclaiming his undisputed heavyweight world title, Ukrainian boxing legend Oleksandr Usyk will be a headline speaker at next week’s SBC Summit in Lisbon. In a major coup for the global betting and gaming conference, one of the world’s most recognised athletes will take to the “Super Stage” to deliver a keynote address.
His session, titled “The Heavyweight Playbook: Building Businesses That Perform When it Matters Most,” will see him share insights on the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking required to succeed at the highest level. “ He’s not just one of the greatest boxers of our generation but a symbol of resilience,” said Rasmus Sojmark, Founder and CEO of SBC. “Having him share his story with our audience is about inspiring all of us to push harder.”
Usyk’s appearance at the iGaming industry’s flagship event is part of a strategic partnership with B2B technology supplier GR8 Tech. The company is a partner of Ready to Fight (RTF), a blockchain-powered platform for the boxing community that Usyk co-founded.

In addition to his keynote address, Usyk will be involved in several other activities during the summit. He will make a special appearance at the Legends Charity Game, welcoming the teams onto the field.
Following his speech, he will also headline an exclusive walk to the GR8 Tech booth ( C350) in the Sports Betting & iGaming Zone for a meet-and-greet with delegates, which will include a signed gloves giveaway and other interactive activities.
Usyk is the latest in a series of high-profile names from outside the industry to be confirmed for the SBC Summit’s Super Stage. He joins a lineup that includes world-renowned marketing and business leaders Gary Vaynerchuk and Randi Zuckerberg, as well as a host of football legends including Peter Schmeichel and Gaizka Mendieta. The booking of a reigning and undisputed world champion is a clear statement of intent from SBC, cementing the summit’s position as a premier global event for the betting, gaming, and wider entertainment industries.
