Jamaica: gambling regulation and licensing

Jamaica is regulated by the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, a full-function regulator with a wider published licensing taxonomy than most Caribbean authorities. Its categories run to gaming machine and premises licences, bookmakers permits, permission to promote lottery games, technical service provider approvals, prize competition requirements and applications to hold a bingo or raffle.
