Accel Entertainment is a distributed gaming operator listed on the New York Stock Exchange and headquartered in Illinois, running video gaming terminals and amusement equipment in licensed bars, restaurants, truck stops and fraternal venues. It operates more than 25,000 terminals across several thousand locations in Illinois, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska and Georgia, has grown through acquisitions of route operators, and in 2024 moved into racing and casino gaming with the purchase of Fairmount Park racetrack in Illinois, which it has redeveloped with a casino and sportsbook partnership. Founded in 2009, it is the largest terminal operator in the Illinois video gaming market.
