Golden Entertainment is a gaming company operating casinos and taverns in Nevada, organised in two divisions. Its casino division runs seven casinos in the state, including The STRAT in Las Vegas, and its tavern division operates 74 neighbourhood pubs and taverns under brands that include PT's, Sean Patrick's, Lucky's and Great American Pub. Customers earn and redeem points at both casinos and taverns through the True Rewards programme. The business grew from Golden Gaming, created when Southwest Services was bought and renamed, and expanded through acquisitions including the Stratosphere, the Aquarius, Arizona Charlie's Decatur and Boulder, and the Edgewater and Colorado Belle resorts. It has since sold Rocky Gap Casino Resort to Century Casinos and VICI Properties, and its third party distributed gaming operations in Montana and Nevada to J&J Ventures.
