Hard Rock Digital

Hard Rock Digital is the online sports betting and gaming arm of Hard Rock International, founded in 2020 as a joint venture between Hard Rock and a group of online gambling executives, and based in Florida. It trades under the Hard Rock Bet brand. Its position in Florida is unlike any other American operator's. Under the 2021 compact between the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the state, mobile betting runs on a hub-and-spoke model in which wagers are deemed to take place on tribal land where the servers sit, which makes Hard Rock Bet the only legal sportsbook in what is one of the largest betting populations in the United States. That arrangement survived federal litigation and has become the template other tribes look to when negotiating digital rights.
