MGM Resorts International is a US casino and hospitality group listed on the New York Stock Exchange and headquartered in Las Vegas, operating Bellagio, MGM Grand, Aria, Mandalay Bay, The Cosmopolitan, Park MGM, New York-New York, Excalibur and Luxor on the Las Vegas Strip, Borgata in Atlantic City, MGM National Harbor, MGM Grand Detroit, Beau Rivage and other regional properties, and MGM China's resorts in Macau. Its digital businesses are its fifty per cent stake in BetMGM, the US online joint venture with Entain, and LeoVegas, the European online group it acquired in 2022. MGM is developing an integrated resort in Osaka, Japan, and operates the MGM Rewards loyalty programme across its properties and online brands; it employs around 70,000 people.
