Golden Nugget Online Gaming is a US online casino brand operated by DraftKings, which acquired the former Nasdaq-listed company in 2022 and moved it onto DraftKings' platform in 2023. Licensed under the Golden Nugget name from the land-based casino group, it operates online casino in New Jersey, where it was for years the market leader, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and runs as DraftKings' second casino brand aimed at a different customer segment from the DraftKings Casino product. It is headquartered in Houston.
