Caesars Entertainment is a US casino and hospitality group listed on Nasdaq and headquartered in Reno, Nevada, operating more than fifty properties across the United States including Caesars Palace, Harrah's, Horseshoe, Eldorado and Tropicana brands, following the 2020 merger of Eldorado Resorts and the former Caesars. Its digital division runs the Caesars Sportsbook in more than thirty jurisdictions, built on the William Hill US business acquired in 2021, and the Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe online casino brands in the regulated iGaming states, all tied to the Caesars Rewards loyalty programme. The group employs around 50,000 people and is one of the three largest US casino operators.
