Cellulant is a pan-African payments company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Nairobi, providing a single payment platform, Tingg, that connects merchants to mobile money, bank and card rails in more than thirty African countries, with licensed betting operators among the merchants using it for deposits and payouts in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Zambia and elsewhere. It holds payment licences in its major markets and sells to global merchants entering Africa.
