Sun International is a Johannesburg-listed South African gaming and hospitality group operating casinos including GrandWest in Cape Town, Time Square in Pretoria, Sun City and Sibaya, together with hotels, resorts and the SunBet online sportsbook and casino licensed in the Western Cape and other provinces. Founded by Sol Kerzner in 1983, it has exited most of its Latin American operations to concentrate on South Africa, where it is the largest casino operator by revenue and a growing online operator through SunBet.
