Founded by a Dutch family business and acquired by Entain in 2023, it operates under a Kansspelautoriteit licence with a sportsbook, casino and live casino, and markets under the constraints of the Dutch advertising rules, having sponsored Dutch football before sponsorship was phased out. It is headquartered in the Netherlands and runs on Entain's platform following the acquisition.
