IGT is a gaming and lottery technology supplier headquartered in London and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, whose lottery division supplies technology, systems and iLottery platforms to state and national lotteries worldwide, including the Italian Lotto concession, and whose gaming and digital businesses supplied slot machines, systems and online casino content including the Cleopatra and Wheel of Fortune titles. In 2025 IGT sold its gaming and digital businesses to funds managed by Apollo, which combined them with Everi under the IGT gaming name, and the listed company continued as a lottery-focused business renamed Brightstar Lottery.
IGT trades as BRSL on NYSE and carries 1.45% of the iGT 25 iGaming stock index.
