Intralot is a lottery and gaming technology supplier headquartered in Athens and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, supplying lottery systems, terminals, sports betting technology and iLottery platforms to state lotteries and operators in around forty jurisdictions, including US state lotteries and lotteries in Europe, Latin America and Australia. Founded in 1992, it restructured its debt in the early 2020s and in 2025 agreed to acquire Bally's international interactive business, bringing the Gamesys online casino and bingo operations into the group in a transaction that transformed its scale.
