Eurobet

Eurobet is the largest Italian brand in the Entain group, headquartered in Rome and operating just under 1,000 sports betting shops through a franchising model. It was founded in 1995 and acquired by Coral in 1998, adding an online offering the following year. The regulation of Italian betting in 2007 was the turning point for the business, and it expanded steadily on the back of it. Ownership followed the consolidation of British bookmaking: Eurobet became part of Ladbrokes Coral in 2016, passed to GVC in 2018, and to Entain when the group renamed in December 2020. Combined with the group's digital-only Italian brands, bwin, Gioco Digitale and partypoker, Entain holds an 11.9% share of the Italian market, placing it among the top three operators.
