Snaitech

Snaitech is one of the largest gambling operators in Italy, based in Milan and trading under the Snai brand. Its estate covers more than 1,600 betting shops, around 60,000 slot machines and 10,000 video lottery terminals, an online business, and three racetracks in Milan and Tuscany. Playtech agreed to sell the company to Flutter Entertainment for 2.3 billion euros in September 2024, and the deal closed on 30 April 2025. Snaitech had generated 942 million euros of revenue for Playtech in 2024, more than half the group's total, so the sale completed Playtech's exit from business-to-consumer operations and its refocus on B2B technology. For Flutter, adding Snai to Sisal took its Italian market share to roughly 30%.
