ZEturf
ZEturf Group is a French online betting operator founded in 2001, running the ZEturf horse race betting brand alongside the ZEbet sportsbook, which launched in 2014. It is the second largest operator in the French online horse race betting market behind PMU. FDJ acquired the group for an enterprise value of 175 million euros, completing the transaction in 2023 after the French Competition Authority cleared it in September that year. The deal took FDJ past a 10% share of the French online gaming market across sports betting, horse race betting and poker, and made it the fourth largest operator in that market.
