Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming is a Greek online betting and gaming group founded in Athens in 2012, originally as TCB Holdings, which began trading in 2013 in Greece and Cyprus under the Stoiximan brand. It operates internationally through Kaizen Gaming International Limited in Malta, and is led by co-founder and chief executive George Daskalakis. The Betano brand was created in 2018 to carry the group outside Greek-speaking markets, and it now holds licences in close to 20 regulated jurisdictions including Germany, Portugal, Romania and Brazil. The group employs more than 3,000 people across four continents, and its German licence places it among the challengers to Tipico in the country's sports betting market.
