Allwyn

Allwyn

Allwyn is a lottery-led gaming and entertainment group whose parent, Allwyn AG, is listed on Euronext Athens under the ticker ALWN. The listed company was formed by the business combination of Allwyn International and OPAP, completed in March 2026, in which OPAP took the Allwyn AG name and issued new shares for Allwyn International's businesses; Allwyn AG moved its registered seat to Lucerne, Switzerland, in May 2026, and KKCG remains its majority shareholder. The group runs OPAP's lottery, betting and gaming business in Greece and Cyprus, operates the UK National Lottery under the fourth licence, which began in February 2024, and the Illinois state lottery, and holds interests in Casinos Austria (CASAG), the LottoItalia consortium, Sazka in the Czech Republic, Betano and Instant Win Gaming and, since 2026, a majority stake in the US daily fantasy sports operator PrizePicks. Allwyn grew out of SAZKA Group, which adopted the Allwyn brand in 2021, and has offices in Lucerne, Prague and London.
