Genius Sports is a sports data, technology and media company headquartered in London and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, holding official data rights with leagues including the NFL, the English Premier League, FIBA, the NCAA and hundreds of federations. It supplies official live data, odds and trading services to sportsbooks, streaming and betting-integrated broadcast products, and its GeniusIQ tracking and augmentation technology for leagues and broadcasters, alongside programmatic advertising and fan-engagement tools for operators and rights holders. Founded in 2001 as Betgenius and listed in 2021, it employs around 1,800 people and serves more than 300 sportsbook customers in regulated markets worldwide.
Genius Sports trades as GENI on NYSE and carries 1.17% of the iGT 25 iGaming stock index.

The site compares equivalent contracts across Kalshi, Polymarket, Novig, Underdog, FanDuel Predicts, Fanatics and five others, with a cross-venue engine for multi-leg positions and Genius's live game data underneath. It runs on Legend, the media business whose $1.2bn purchase in February sank the shares. Mark Locke says most prediction-market demand "appears new".
Polymarket, Coinbase, Robinhood and six others have been told to cease and let residents withdraw their money, while PayPal, Sportradar, Genius Sports, ESPN, Apple and Google have been subpoenaed for what they know.
