The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission is an independent statutory board of the Isle of Man Government, established under the Gambling Supervision Act 2010, which sets out its status, constitution and regulatory objectives. It licenses and regulates all land based gambling on the island, including casinos, amusement and slot machines, betting offices and lotteries, as well as all online gambling activities. Its regulatory objectives for gambling are to ensure that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way, to protect children and other vulnerable persons from being harmed or exploited by gambling, and to prevent gambling from being a source of crime or disorder. Since December 2020 it has also licensed and regulated the island's medicinal cannabis sector. The Commission is based at St George's Court, Myrtle Street, Douglas.
