The Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) is Spain's national online gambling regulator, part of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, licensing online operators under the 2011 Gambling Act, enforcing the 2020 advertising decree and the 2023 safer-gambling environments decree, maintaining the national self-exclusion register, certifying technical systems and acting against unlicensed operators. Land-based gambling is regulated by the autonomous regions.
